Solution724's Approach

We believe that the whole topic of information technology – especially software application development – needs to start and end with business process.

Our Solution724(tm) team has the perfect blend of business and technology expertise. We plan for every engagement to start with a true business strategy discussion and our hands-on software development work is grounded in the proven methodology of Six Sigma with the primary aim of achieving process excellence. This means that you'll receive greater value for your organization, because our database and software system work products are created only within the context of your business process improvement. Our development framework also enables a successful (on-time and on-budget) project and helps develop your resources for a proper transition of our work and services with your organization.

Our Approach At Solution724 our main focus is building software solutions that work for you and your customers – in support of business process excellence to help power your business strategy. The overall Solution724(tm) development framework is comprised of 5 stages of process improvement: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control…

Define - To articulate the problem or process needing improvement, to understand the impact to the customer, and to determine the scope of processes and systems to improve.

Measure - To gather relevant information and measure the effectiveness and/or efficiency of the current processes, inclusive of relevant information systems in place.

Analyze - To review and assess the data gathered so that the root causes can be determined and to develop an application software strategy for solving the problem or improving the process.

Improve - To develop a new process and system architecture, after careful exploration, implementing the new process and software solution assuming an appropriate investment level and timeframe.

Control - To evaluate the results of the new process and system solution against the original root causes and to monitor, measure, and sustain the improved process and system.
